Steafan Hannigan and Saskia Tomkins, an outstanding Celtic music duo play Centre Stage in Westbourne BH2 6BE on Sunday 18 May. Steafan and Saskia are renowned for their respective quality as instrumentalists and have been use by numerous stars of popular music to give a Celtic feel to their recording and performance.
Steafan Hannigan plays uillean pipes, guitar, bouzouki.
He has played lately in 07 with The Chieftains, Julian Lloyd Weber, Uriah Heep, Depeche Mode, Gary Barlow , Bjork. He has also produced music for ‘Friends’ on American TV. Saskia Tomkins (fiddle) played and recorded with Sonja Kristina (Curved Air), Crispian Mills (Kula Shaker) Uriah Heep, John Etheridge, and am on Relic Hunter soundtrack.
